Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• AACE Certified Cost Professional preferred; must obtain within one year.
• 5–10 years of relevant cost engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; knowledge of cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost recording, reporting, and analysis standards.
• Prepare cost data for projects, proposals, and contracts.
• Coordinate cost reports and data analysis for project controls.
• Lead cost engineers and support project scheduling and data accuracy.
