Job summary

NAVFAC Pacific is seeking experienced Senior Cost Estimators to deliver cost estimates for a range of military facility projects, ensure compliance with DoD/Navy standards, and mentor junior staff. You will participate in source selection boards and analyze proposals to support contract modifications.

Qualified candidates will have strong MILCON estimating experience, a U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction cost estimating for MILCON or DoD projects.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates for military facility projects including new construction and major infrastructure.
• Perform QC/QA reviews of estimates to ensure DoD/Navy compliance.
• Provide guidance to less experienced estimators and contribute to cost policy development.
• Support source selection boards, analyze contractor proposals, and develop estimates for changes.
