Job summary

RTX's Raytheon Technologies business unit is seeking a Program Cost Control Engineering Business Analyst to support EVM inputs, cost reporting, and variance analysis. The role partners with Engineering Product Team Leads and Program Leads to drive cost control and schedule using EVMS tools and PMX reporting.

The candidate will perform detailed financial analyses, prepare forecasts, and ensure program commitments are met.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree with extensive relevant experience or an advanced degree with fewer years of experience.
• Experience using SAP, APEX, or similar system and MS Office tools is required.
• Strong cost control, budgeting, and EVMS focus within defense programs.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) with cost testing and risk assessment.
• Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
