Job summary

QTS Data Centers seeks a Senior Cost Control Manager to lead cost control across large-scale data center construction and infrastructure projects. You will oversee budgets, forecast cash flow, evaluate change orders, and coordinate with vendors, finance, and project teams to ensure financial discipline and timely delivery.

The role requires deep knowledge of construction contracts, strong leadership, and the ability to drive cost-efficient solutions across multiple complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, financing, or accounting; or relevant professional experience.
• Ten+ years in cost control, construction, or project management with leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in construction contracts, change management, and budget control processes.
• Advanced proficiency in financial and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite cost team and ensure adherence to cost control processes.
• Manage creation and validation of project budgets for large-scale projects.
• Review contracts and change orders; oversee approval workflows.
• Analyze forecasts, cash flows, and variance reporting to senior leadership.
• Oversee procurement and subcontractor contracts to align with budgets.
• Communicate financial performance to stakeholders and drive cost savings.
