Job summary

QTS Realty Trust in Colorado is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Cost Control to lead multiple onsite cost teams across large construction and infrastructure projects. You will ensure financial discipline, accurate forecasting, and alignment with project goals.

This role partners with executives, project teams and finance to optimize costs, manage contracts and change orders, and deliver timely, transparent cost reporting. Bonus eligibility and equity may be possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/financing/accounting or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite cost teams and ensure adherence to cost control processes across projects.
• Oversee project budgets and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Manage contracts and change orders to maintain fairness and compliance.
• Support finance with cash flow analysis and cost reporting.
• Mentor teams and share best practices in cost management.
