Qualifications

• Candidate must be a US Citizen.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Certified Cost Professional (CCP) certification from AACE International or equivalent (CCP-AACE, CEP-AACE, or CPE-ASPE).
• Knowledge of capital and services cost.
• Knowledge of scope change management and project controls.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint; ability to use multiple discipline-specific software applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost recording, reporting, and analysis standards and reports.
• Prepare cost data for projects, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Assist with scope change management.
• Define scope requirements and coordinate data with Engineering for estimates.
• Develop quantities and apply unit rates to takeoffs.
• Prepare budgets and cost reports; collect and classify cost data.
• Perform data analysis and support project managers and staff.
