- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in cost engineering or related discipline.
- CCP certification or equivalent is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing cost recording, reporting, and analysis standards and reports.
- Prepare cost data for projects, proposals and contract negotiations.
- Assist with scope change management.
- Coordinate data to conform to the estimate preparation plan and develop quantity takeoffs.
- Develop unit costs and apply them to takeoffs; verify quantities by others.
- Prepare budgets, cost reports, and cost data deliverables.
- Collect and classify cost engineering data and perform data analysis.
- Support project managers and staff in achieving project goals.
