Qualifications

• US citizen with a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5–10 years of relevant cost engineering experience.
• CCP certification preferred; must obtain within one year of employment.
• Knowledge of capital cost and services cost; scope change management.

Responsibilities

• Develops cost data for projects, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Prepare and coordinate cost reports; budgets and cost recordings.
• Lead project team members and manage schedules to achieve project goals.
• Assist with scope change management and data coordination across disciplines.
• Develops quantity takeoffs and applies unit rates to estimates.
