Qualifications

• Certified Cost Professional (CCP) certification required; CCP/CEP/CPE variants acceptable.
• Knowledge of capital and services cost; scope change management.
• Proficiency with multiple discipline-specific software applications.
• Strong oral and written communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements cost recording, reporting, and analysis standards and reports.
• Prepares cost data for projects, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Assists with scope change management and data coordination.
• Develops quantities and applies unit rates for cost estimation.
• Prepares budgets and cost reports; collects cost engineering data.
