Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a Senior Cost Consultant to lead cost estimating, analysis, and control activities on complex projects. You will guide quality reviews, manage relationships with engineering leaders, and help drive project schedules and goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field and 10+ years of experience. CCP/CEP/CPE certification is preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• US citizen required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Certification from AACE International (CCP/CEP/CPE) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements cost recording, reporting, and analysis standards and reports.
• Prepares cost data for projects, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Assists with scope change management and data coordination for estimates.
• Develops quantity takeoffs and applies unit rates to quantities.
• Prepares budgets and coordinates cost reports.
• Performs data analysis and supports project managers.
