J&J Snack Foods Corp in Moosic, PA, is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support our MIA manufacturing facility. You will lead manufacturing accounting, inventory control, product costing, month-end close, and internal controls in a GAAP-compliant environment.

Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Plant Finance to ensure accurate financial information, analyze variances, and drive continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing accounting and cost accounting.
• Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Ability to perform month-end close and balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Experience with JD Edwards system.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily manufacturing accounting processes.
• Review production reporting and inventory transactions in JD Edwards.
• Analyze variances in production, materials, labor, overhead.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing.
• Manage bills of materials, routings, and product-costing data.
• Provide inventory control leadership.
