Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a BPO Director, EPM - Orthopedics, to lead the Orthopedics EPM product and technology agenda across global finance. The role partners with IT, GPO, and business users to drive planning, forecasting, and performance insights.

Based in the Raynham, MA area with secondary locations, this senior leader will manage a team of 6 and shape the transition from the Anaplan Bridge to the end-state platform, ensuring governance, continuity, and value realization.

Formación

• 10-12 years in enterprise technology roles supporting Finance.
• Strong people-leader experience managing managers and senior professionals.
• Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and governance.
• Experience with EPM platforms and large-scale finance transformations.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate strategy into execution.

Responsabilidades

• Own Orthopedics EPM product vision and roadmap.
• Interface with GPO, business users, and IT to align priorities.
• Translate planning needs into prioritized capabilities and delivery roadmaps.
• Define and execute EPM strategy aligned with Finance.
• Lead EPM program transition and readiness during separation.
• Manage a team of 6 direct reports.
• Set service levels, escalation paths, and continuity plans.
