Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a BPO Director, EPM - Orthopedics in Raynham, MA with secondary locations in NJ and PA. You will own the EPM product for Orthopedics, drive a clear roadmap, and partner with GPO, IT and business teams to deliver planning excellence.

You will lead a 6-person direct team, shape the enterprise EPM strategy, and ensure readiness for transition and ongoing capability maturation with a focus on automation and analytics.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years in enterprise tech roles supporting Finance, including EPM and planning.
• Strong people leadership experience, managing managers and professionals.
• Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and finance processes.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate strategy into execution.

Responsibilities

• Own Orthopedics EPM product vision, roadmap and value realization.
• Interface between GPO, business users and IT with clear ownership.
• Translate planning needs into prioritized capabilities and a delivery roadmap.
• Ensure end-to-end support, continuity and reliable technology availability.
• Define and execute EPM and Finance Tech strategy aligned to objectives.
• Lead change, adoption and training for new EPM capabilities.
• Build and lead the EPM BPO organization with accountable ownership.
