Job summary

Learfield is seeking a relationship-driven Corporate Partnership Solutions Manager to join our Sports Properties team and oversee the activation of sponsorships on campus. This role sits at the local property while supporting Corporate Sales and national partnership efforts.

You’ll lead multi‑channel activation campaigns across digital, social, in‑venue, broadcast, and experiential platforms, coordinate with internal teams, and mentor coordinators to strengthen our activation function.

Qualifications

• Typically 4+ years in sponsorship activation, account management, or event marketing.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and client relationships independently.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Experience interpreting contracts and managing deliverables across assets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as activation lead for a portfolio of partners, managing campaign execution.
• Support national partnership deals at the property level, aligning with enterprise objectives.
• Establish strong client relationships with university partners and sponsors.
• Oversee activation timelines, asset delivery schedules, and coordination with teams.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, events, and university contacts for integrated campaigns.
• Lead recaps, performance reporting, renewal discussions, and mentor coordinators.
