Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Senior Account Executive for the Corporate Financial Services Team to acquire new business and expand current accounts among executive buyers in Insurance and Investments. You will sell Workiva's core platform and collaborate across Solution Sales teams to deliver multi-solution deals.

In this role you will build relationships, qualify opportunities, manage complex sales cycles, forecast accurately, and navigate influencers and CFO-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years sales experience selling to executive-level buyers (enterprise tech, SaaS or similar complex solutions).
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out sales opportunities with peer sales teams to generate pipeline.
• Partner with Solutions Consulting to demonstrate Workiva platform to customers.
• Address objections and guide client discussions to close deals.
• Lead the sales process and showcase Workiva's value proposition.
• Maintain CRM data and report on forecasts and activities.
• Develop and execute strategies to win accounts and optimize resources.
• Build understanding of Workiva products through continuous training.
