Job summary

Workiva seeks an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive new business and expansion within Corporate Financial Services, focusing on Insurance and Investment customers. You will sell Workiva’s core platform, collaborate across Solution Sales teams, and deliver multi-solution opportunities with executive-level buyers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years sales experience selling to Executive-level buyers in enterprise technology / SaaS.
• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience.
• Understanding of the SaaS business model.
• Experience selling to Investment Customers and Insurance verticals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out sales opportunities with peer Sales teams and Inside Sales to generate qualified pipeline.
• Partner with Solutions Consulting to demonstrate Workiva platform based on needs analysis.
• Address objections and deliver effective solutions to client challenges.
• Lead the sales process toward a close by showcasing Workiva's value proposition.
• Update CRM with customer contacts and forecast pipeline.
• Develop and execute sales strategy to secure the sale.
• Coordinate with internal teams to optimize resources for accounts.
• Maintain product knowledge and share best practices across teams.
