Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years of corporate, agency, or full cycle recruitment experience.
• Demonstrate success recruiting for complex, specialized, or leadership level positions.
• Possess experience using applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Maintain knowledge of employment laws, recruiting compliance requirements, and workforce planning practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruitment activities for professional, specialized, and leadership level positions across the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop hiring strategies and address current and future staffing needs.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and candidate relationship management efforts.
• Analyze recruiting performance metrics and implement process improvements that enhance hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support candidate experience initiatives, onboarding coordination, and talent acquisition projects that strengthen recruitment outcomes.
