Job summary

Century Group is partnering with a client to recruit a Recruitment Specialist. The role covers full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to hiring coordination, with an expected starting pay rate of $33.00 to $38.00 per hour.

You will build candidate pipelines, collaborate with hiring managers, and create interview guides to support hiring initiatives. Strong recruitment experience and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS are required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience in a professional recruiting environment.
• Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing platforms.
• Ability to manage recruiting processes independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems, and business software tools.
• Bachelor degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring coordination.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through professional networking platforms, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Create job related materials, interview guides, and recruitment documentation to support hiring initiatives.
• Utilize technology and recruiting tools to improve sourcing efforts, streamline workflows, and enhance hiring outcomes.
