Frederick Fox LLC in West Los Angeles is hiring a full-time recruiter to own recruiting across design, merchandising, ecommerce and operations, reporting to senior leadership.

This hunting role will headhunt passive candidates from competing brands, build process and tools, manage high‑volume hires, screen and close offers, and report on pipeline and time-to-fill in a fast-growing company.

Formación

• 3–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in fashion, apparel, footwear or consumer products.
• Track record with hires, roles, and time to fill.
• Experience hiring for corporate/creative and warehouse/operations roles.
• Comfortable managing 15+ open roles in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong phone-first sourcing and closing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Working knowledge of California hiring rules.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Run full-cycle recruiting from intake to signed offer.
• Build the recruiting function processes, scorecards, referrals, and hiring metrics.
• Head hunt passive candidates from competing brands and e‑commerce companies.
• Build pipelines for recurring roles: designers, merchandisers, e‑commerce, live‑commerce and warehouse leaders.
• Run high‑volume hiring for warehouse, fulfillment and customer service roles.
• Screen candidates, manage interviews and offers, and keep candidates informed.
• Keep the applicant tracking system accurate and report weekly on open roles and pipeline.
• Support onboarding hand‑offs and other HR projects as needed.

About the company

Our client is an established, privately held fashion and lifestyle company in Los Angeles. It designs, produces and sells a growing portfolio of well‑known apparel, footwear and accessories brands through wholesale, e-commerce and social commerce. The business is growing fast and is building its in‑house recruiting function.

The role

You’ll own recruiting across the company in two very different worlds. One is design, merchandising, e-commerce and social‑commerce talent. The other is warehouse, fulfillment and operations teams.

This is a hunting role. The best people are working at other brands today, so you’ll pick up the phone, headhunt them and close them. You’ll work directly with senior leadership and have room to build the process, tools and team as the company grows.

What you’ll do

• Run full‑cycle recruiting from intake to signed offer, partnering with hiring managers on requirements, pay and interview plans
• Build the recruiting function from the ground up: intake and interview processes, candidate scorecards, offer approvals, a referral program, and hiring metrics leadership can rely on
• Headhunt passive candidates from competing brands and e-commerce companies
• Build pipelines for recurring roles: designers, technical designers, merchandisers, planners, e-commerce and live‑commerce talent, and warehouse leaders
• Run high‑volume hiring for warehouse, fulfillment and customer service roles
• Screen candidates, manage interviews and offers, and keep every candidate informed
• Keep the applicant tracking system accurate and report weekly on open roles, pipeline, time to fill and source of hire
• Support onboarding hand‑offs and other HR projects as needed

What you bring

• 3–7 years of full‑cycle recruiting preferred
• Recruiting experience in fashion, apparel, footwear, accessories or consumer products
• A track record you can show in numbers: hires made, roles carried, time to fill
• Experience hiring for both corporate or creative roles and warehouse or operations roles
• Comfortable carrying 15+ open roles in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment with little day‑to‑day direction
• Strong phone‑first sourcing and closing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
• Working knowledge of California hiring rules
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have

• Fluent in Spanish
• Experience with Lever
• Recruiting for a multi‑brand or licensing business
• Hiring for TikTok Shop, live‑commerce or influencer marketing roles
• A network in the LA fashion or logistics community
• Experience as the first or second recruiter at a growing company

Compensation

$75,000–$90,000 base, plus a quarterly bonus tied to hires who stay. Full‑time, direct hire, on‑site in West Los Angeles.
