Job summary

Clearbridge Executive Search seeks a Recruiting Manager to lead talent acquisition for warehouse operations, freight forwarding, imports/exports, sales, and corporate teams in the Los Angeles area.

You will design strategies, partner with executives, manage postings, source candidates, and optimize hiring processes to sustain growth. A strong track record in logistics recruiting and multi-location staffing is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• 2+ years recruiting experience in logistics, warehousing, or related operations.
• Experience recruiting ICs and management-level professionals.
• Experience supporting recruiting across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, workforce planning and best practices.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or other language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Responsible for leading talent acquisition initiatives across warehouse operations, freight forwarding, import/export, sales, management, and corporate functions. Develops recruiting strategies, partners with hiring managers and executive leadership, and supports workforce planning across a fast-paced logistics organization. This role manages full-cycle recruitment, builds talent pipelines, and improves hiring processes to support continued growth.

As a Recruiting Manager You Will

• Create and manage job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other recruiting platforms.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and online tools.
• Partner with hiring managers and executive leadership to develop hiring plans and staffing strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate an efficient hiring process.
• Track recruiting metrics, hiring activity, and staffing progress.
• Recommend improvements to recruiting processes and candidate experience.
• Monitor labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting best practices.
• Represent the organization at career fairs, recruiting events, and employer branding initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum of five years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• At least two years of recruiting experience within logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, fulfillment, supply chain, or related operational industries.
• Experience recruiting individual contributors and management-level professionals.
• Experience recruiting sales professionals and operational leadership personnel.
• Experience supporting recruiting initiatives across multiple locations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, workforce planning, and recruiting best practices.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin, English/Spanish, or other language skills are a plus.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
