Responsibilities:

• Manage heavy, fast-moving calendars with precision; schedule and facilitate interviews both internally and with clients
• Conduct in-depth research on open positions and firms to navigate the market and identify top talent
• Write thorough, compelling job descriptions and postings
• Source active and passive candidates using a variety of recruiting tools and techniques
• Keep candidate records meticulously accurate and up to date, including detailed notes in our ATS
• Conduct phone screens, virtual interviews, and in-person interviews to assess fit for clients’ open positions
• Pitch roles to the right candidates and prepare polished, error-free submissions to clients
• Coordinate, confirm and coach candidates for client interviews
• Conduct reference checks
• Stay current on new sourcing strategies and best practices
• Partner directly with clients professionally and discreetly, advising them on the market and keeping them updated on candidates
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion

Who we are seeking:

• 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in recruiting, sales, or another fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Exceptionally organized, with a knack for building relationships
• A consistent track record of high performance and going above and beyond
• Incredibly detail-oriented; nothing slips through the cracks
• Motivated to do your best work every day and hold yourself to the highest standard
• A natural ability to connect with people at every level
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is the ultimate multitasker
• Polished, professional, and discreet
• Extremely tech savvy: proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with LinkedIn, CareerBuilder and other sourcing tools, plus databases or ATS systems, is a plus
