Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or GED with corporate banking experience
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring in fulfillment
• Strong knowledge of credit documentation and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Supervises and leads the team overseeing pre-closing and construction monitoring
• Ensures adherence to credit policies and loan documentation standards
• Manages work distribution and turnaround times across process steps
• Acts as primary contact for business partners regarding issues with performance
• Conducts staff meetings and pipeline reviews
• Provides onboarding and ongoing training to associates
• Keeps team updated on regulatory and policy changes
• Contributes to process improvement and risk management
• Manages day-to-day production and scheduling for the team
• Assists in hiring and disciplinary matters
• Partners with Real Estate Banking, Regions Equipment Finance, and other segments
