Regions Bank is seeking a Credit Products Corporate Loan Fulfillment Specialist to orchestrate the closing process for commercial loans. You will gather documents, analyze requirements, and collaborate with borrowers, counsel, and banks to ensure compliant closings.

Responsibilities include drafting loan documents, reviewing packages, and coordinating with deal teams to forecast pipeline. This role requires experience in complex credit transactions and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Eight (8) years of related financial services experience.
• Advanced knowledge of insurance requirements for real estate transactions.
• Advanced knowledge of syndicated transactions and collaboration with Capital Markets.

Responsabilités

• Drafts and reviews loan documents for high complexity commercial loans in multi-state environment.
• Forecasts loan pipeline activity and provides due diligence requirements.
• Reviews attorney-prepared loan packages for syndicated loans.
• Ensures loan closes per approval and policy with proper documentation.
• Identifies issues and remediates before closing.
• Communicates with business partners during closing process.
