Regions in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Credit Products Corporate Loan Fulfillment Specialist to orchestrate the closing process for commercial loans across multiple states. You will draft, collect, and analyze documents, ensuring compliance with loan approvals and policy while coordinating with borrowers, counsel, and partners.

You will engage with deal teams on pipeline forecasting, review syndicated loan packages, and remediate documentation issues to support accurate and timely closings.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED
• Eight (8) years of related financial services industry experience
• Advanced knowledge of insurance requirements and other property due diligence for real estate transactions
• Advanced knowledge of syndicated transactions and collaboration with Capital Markets and other lenders

Aufgaben

• Drafts and reviews loan documentation for high complexity commercial loans in a multi-state environment
• Engages with the deal team on forecasting loan pipeline activity and provides due diligence requirements as loans are assigned
• Reviews attorney prepared loan packages for syndicated loans, often with Regions serving as the agent bank
• Understands the risks associated with closing various types of commercial loans
• Obtains the necessary documents to evidence the debt and secure the loan
• Ensures the loan is closed per loan approval and that supporting documentation conforms to loan approval and policy
• Identifies potential issues related to documentation, policy or regulatory requirements and remediates prior to closing
• Communicates frequently with business partners throughout the closing process
• Complies with departmental performance level metrics
• Contributes to the formulation of plans to mitigate risks
• Understands the client’s needs and identifies opportunities to improve and resolve client service issues related to the extension of commercial credit
• Serves in a problem-solving capacity by providing client service for loan products
• Addresses loan setup issues promptly to ensure system data integrity
• Partners with Real Estate Banking, Regions Equipment Finance, Specialized and Diversified Industries, and Problem Asset Management through the timely booking of loans, accurate disbursement of loan proceeds and the preparation and packaging of loan documentation
• Leads the training of team members in loan documentation and compliance
