Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Credit Products Commercial Loan Fulfillment Specialist to orchestrate the closing process for commercial loans. You will collect, analyze, and complete documents for credit extensions, coordinate with borrowers, counsel, and various regions’ teams to ensure accurate, timely closings.

Role requires strong attention to detail, regulatory knowledge (BSA/AML, OFAC, Flood regulations) and the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong understanding of banking processes and documentation policies.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Drafts and reviews loan documentation for commercial loans in multi-state environment.
• Ensures closing per loan approval and documentation compliance.
• Obtains documents to evidence debt and secure loans; coordinates with borrowers and third parties.
