Responsibilities

• Legal Research: Conduct thorough and comprehensive legal research to support case/transaction preparation.
• Legal Writing: Draft briefs, motions, contracts, and correspondence with clarity and precision.
• Case/Transaction Assistance and Management: Support complex cases and transactions from inception to resolution.
• Internal/External Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong client relationships with timely updates and professional handling of concerns.
• Collaboration: Work with lawyers and professionals to develop strategies.
• Attend, support, and participate in high-level legal activities including court hearings, depositions, negotiations, trials.
• Compliance: Ensure rigorous compliance with legal standards and changes in law.
• Professional Development: Pursue ongoing training to enhance legal knowledge and leadership skills.
• Firm Citizenship: Engage in pro bono work and firm initiatives.
