Qualifications

• JD required and admission to practice in the state where based
• Experience at a large AmLaw 100 firm is preferred
• Strong academic record and transferable skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case/transaction strategy.
• Draft briefs, motions, contracts, and correspondence with precision.
• Assist/manage complex cases/transactions from inception to resolution; prepare for trials and closings.
• Build and cultivate strong client relationships with timely updates and professional communication.
• Collaborate with lawyers and business professionals to develop strategy.
• Attend hearings, depositions, negotiations, and trials as needed.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and firm policies.
• Pursue ongoing training to enhance legal knowledge and practice technology.
• Engage in pro bono and firm citizenship initiatives.
