Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the state where based.
• 6 years of experience at a major law firm or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case/transaction strategy.
• Draft briefs, motions, contracts and correspondence with precision.
• Assist/manage complex cases/transactions from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain internal/external client relationships with professionalism.
