Harris Computer seeks an experienced Corporate Development professional to join our M&A team in a highly autonomous, self-managed role. This remote, part-time engagement is ideal for senior professionals who want flexibility while leveraging extensive deal-making experience.

You will help build and advance the M&A pipeline, engage founders and executives, and position Harris as a preferred partner for acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on financial and business experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience discussing the M&A process, valuations, and exits.
• Proven ability to engage founders and senior executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop the M&A pipeline by identifying target software companies.
• Initiate strategic outreach to prospects and build relationships.
• Nurture relationships with decision-makers and position Harris as partner.
• Drive acquisitions and contribute to closing transactions.
