You will leverage deep M&A experience to engage founders and executives, build trust, and position Harris as the partner of choice for acquisitions.

You will develop the pipeline, initiate tailored outreach, nurture long-term relationships, and drive acquisitions, using Harris CRM to track activities and support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on financial and business experience in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in discussing the M&A process, valuations, and exits with founders and executives.
• Exceptional relationship-building and listening skills to earn trust.

Responsibilities
