• Ability to work flexibly across time zones when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations team and Central Services on corporate governance requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, focusing on compliance.
• Handle subpoena responses and represent Turner & Townsend at court hearings.
