Turner Construction Company is seeking a Senior Counsel specializing in contracts and construction law. You will provide day-to-day guidance, advise on complex matters, review owner contracts, and support bidding and negotiations for multiple business units across regions.

The role requires a JD with a valid license and at least five years of construction-law experience, with strong writing, negotiation, and communication skills. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• JD degree with a valid law license.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with an emphasis on construction law.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver high quality work under deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal advice and risk assessments across contracts/construction law.
• Advise business partners on legal, contractual and risk matters.
• Analyze and summarize legal documents and complex transactions.
• Review owner contracts and support bidding/negotiation processes.
• Deliver legal training to business units on topics including ethics/compliance.
