Fulton Bank seeks an accomplished Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager to lead strategic client development and manage a portfolio of large corporate clients. You will structure complex credit facilities and coordinate treasury and capital solutions, while guiding client executives through multi-faceted transactions.

The role requires deep credit knowledge and senior stakeholder engagement to drive profitability, risk-adjusted returns, and cross-sell opportunities across product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; finance/accounting focus preferred.
• Master's degree; finance/credit preferred (not required).
• 10+ years in commercial credit/real estate relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic business development and client acquisition for large corporates.
• Lead structuring and execution of complex credit facilities and syndicated loans.
• Serve as primary relationship lead with senior client executives and provide advisory insight.
