Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• Seven+ years of related accounting experience
• Experience with close execution, account reconciliations, and process automation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly financial close with analyses, reconciliations, and journal entries per GAAP and policies.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances for accurate reporting.
• Oversee offshore team accounting activities.
• Partner with multiple departments to resolve issues and drive process improvements.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly schedules for management and external reporting; present insights to senior management.
