Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of related accounting experience.
• Experience with close execution, account reconciliations, and process automation preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly financial close with analyses, reconciliations, and journal entries per GAAP/policies.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances for accurate reporting.
• Oversee offshore accounting activities.
• Partner with departments to resolve issues and drive process improvements.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly schedules and analyses for management and external reporting.
• Present results to senior management and assist with audits and external reporting.
• Support automation/AI initiatives and SOX/compliance activities.
• Contribute to special projects including separation-related initiatives.
