Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience with lease accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• Experience with ASC 842 and GAAP required
• Experience with close execution, controls, reconciliations, and automation preferred
• Strong communication and analytical skills, ability to work with cross-functional partners

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly and quarterly lease accounting activities and journal entries
• Ensure ASC 842 compliance and accurate reporting of leases
• Maintain lease accounting system data for new leases, renewals, modifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate lease contracts
• Prepare management and external reporting schedules and analyses
• Oversee offshore team activities in recurring accounting tasks
• Support automation initiatives and implementation of AI tools
• Assist with external audits and SOX testing
• Participate in separation-related projects and process redesigns
