Job summary

OneEnergy Renewables is seeking an Accounting Manager, Corporate Accounting to lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements and manage technical accounting analyses. This role partners with audit and tax teams, designs scalable intercompany processes, and supports internal controls across a multi-entity environment.

The position reports to the Senior Manager, Corporate & Portfolio Accounting and requires strong GAAP knowledge, CPA credentials, and a hands-on, detail-oriented

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Active CPA.
• 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience across public accounting and industry, including financial reporting and technical accounting responsibility.
• Experience preparing complete financial statements and footnotes for multi-entity organizations.
• Renewable energy, project development, construction, or other project-based experience preferred.
• Big 4 or other national public accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements, including all primary statements and footnote disclosures.
• Own corporate close activities, including consolidations, eliminations, equity, and analysis of significant or unusual transactions.
• Prepare supporting schedules, account reconciliations, and flux analyses that explain results and support the financial statements.
• Maintain the corporate reporting calendar and prepare clear analyses and reporting packages for senior stakeholders.
• Research and prepare technical accounting memos for complex matters, including leases, consolidation, revenue, and equity transactions.
• Design, document, and implement scalable intercompany processes and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure timely resolutions and compliance.
