Job summary

OneEnergy Renewables is hiring an Accounting Manager, Corporate Accounting to prepare consolidated financial statements and lead technical accounting analyses. You will coordinate audits, tax matters, and intercompany processes while partnering with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving renewables environment.

This role emphasizes strong GAAP knowledge, multi-entity reporting, and a hands-on approach to improve internal controls and financial reporting quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• Active CPA certification required.
• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience across public and industry.
• Experience with multi-entity financial statements and footnotes.
• Renewable energy or project-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements and footnotes.
• Own corporate close activities: consolidations, eliminations, equity analysis.
• Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and flux analyses for statements.
• Maintain the corporate reporting calendar and provide analyses for leadership.
• Research technical accounting memo on complex matters (leases, revenue, etc.).
• Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors; manage audit timelines.
• Design and maintain intercompany processes and controls.
• Collaborate across Accounting, Finance, Systems, Legal, and business teams.
