Job summary

OneEnergy Inc in Boulder, CO is seeking a Senior Accountant to own critical day-to-day accounting and help power our growth in the renewable energy sector. You will work across asset purchases, depreciation, revenue recognition, intercompany, and monthly close processes with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

You’ll collaborate with teams to ensure GAAP compliance, participate in audits, and drive improvements to accounting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• 5+ years total accounting experience (or 2 years in public accounting with industry experience).
• Experience in financial services with complex entity structures and investment relationships.

Responsibilities

• Dive into Renewable Energy and Tax Equity accounting including asset purchases and related GAAP work papers.
• Account for operating solar assets and record depreciation schedules.
• Support CIP accounting for assets in construction and review project costs.
