Job summary

OneEnergy Inc in Boulder, CO seeks an Accounting Manager, Corporate Accounting to lead consolidated financial statements, intercompany processes, and internal controls for the corporate entity. This role reports to Senior Manager, Corporate & Portfolio Accounting and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting.

Responsibilities include corporate close, technical accounting memos, audit coordination, tax coordination, and designing scalable intercompany practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Active CPA is required or in process.
• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience in public and industry.
• Experience with multi-entity financial statements and footnotes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements and footnotes for close.
• Own corporate close, eliminations, and significant transactions analysis.
• Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and flux analyses for reports.
• Maintain corporate reporting calendar and provide analyses for leadership.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors.
