Job summary

OneEnergy Renewables is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Controller to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls for the corporate parent and project entities. You will report to the CFO and lead the growing finance team through close cycles, audits, and complex accounting considerations in solar development and tax equity financing.

Qualifications

CPA license required with strong GAAP knowledge.
10+ years accounting experience including multi-entity work.
Experience leading audits and external reporting.
Proven ability to scale a growing accounting function.

Responsibilities

Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting for OneEnergy Inc. and SPEs.
Lead audits with external auditors, tax advisors, and lenders as primary liaison.
Maintain strong internal controls and scalable accounting processes.
Build and mentor the accounting team to support growth.
Drive automation and system improvements across close processes.
Ensure tax filings and compliance across states and jurisdictions.
Oversee multi-entity consolidations and joint-venture accounting.
Manage vendor relationships and payroll/401k administration.
