Job summary

Medtronic plc in the United States seeks a Senior Territory Manager for Coronary to lead the promotion of our coronary portfolio, while delivering clinical education and building strategic partnerships with cardiologists and hospital leaders. You will drive territory plans, pricing strategies, and contract discussions to expand CathWorks adoption and patient access, traveling up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech, or life sciences.
• Experience supporting cath labs and interventional cardiologists.
• Able to deliver data‑driven solutions and build credibility with physicians and healthcare leaders.
• Strong territory and account planning skills with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotion and sale of coronary portfolio across the territory.
• Provide technical/clinical leadership in the cath lab during procedures.
• Deliver advanced clinical education to physicians, nurses, and technicians.
• Build relationships with KOLs, clinicians, and executives.
• Shape pricing strategies and support contract negotiations.
• Develop territory and account plans addressing clinical and economic dynamics.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
