Qualifications

• 6+ years laboratory experience as Medical Technologist in a CLIA lab.
• Mathematical, computer, reasoning, and language skills at college level.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, plans, staffs, and monitors workflow based on patient load.
• Procures supplies and equipment within budget and quality goals.
• Oversees technical areas; acts as a resource for problem solving and process improvement.
• Evaluates workflow and specimens to maintain turnaround time and productivity.
• Ensures regulatory compliance through documentation, audits, and corrective actions.
