Job summary

LabCorp in Nashville, TN seeks a Clinical Core Laboratory Supervisor to lead the Core Laboratory department. You will supervise bench operations, ensure accurate testing and timely reporting, and mentor staff in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a chemical/biological science, MLS/MLT experience, and Tennessee supervisor licensure or ability to obtain within 30 days. Monday–Friday schedule with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology.
• 5+ years of MLS or MLT experience.
• TN Laboratory Supervisor License or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day Core Laboratory operations.
• Ensure tests are accurately performed and results reported timely.
• Train and mentor laboratory personnel.
• Maintain QA records and comply with CLIA/CAP regulations.
• Monitor workflow and ensure proper staffing.
