Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and workflows; revise SOPs for the department.
• Order supplies, supervise preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot instruments.
• Supervise staff, handle leave/vacation, and manage overtime.
• Enforce PPE and safety guidelines across the team.
• Evaluate new test methods and document changes.
• Review QC data and performance improvement indicators.
• Prepare for inspections and respond to deficiencies with action plans.
• Perform phlebotomy as required.
