Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior Copier Account Executive to drive sales of Canon hardware and software solutions to a dedicated marketplace.

You’ll manage an active account base, conduct in-person discovery meetings, and present tailored technology solutions to business owners and executives. You’ll learn and leverage Salesforce CRM, build strategic account plans, and work with a cross-functional team to exceed revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required plus three years of B2B sales or customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to persuade others and learn new technology solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Master Canon's capabilities and promote benefits to drive sales and meet revenue goals.
• Learn and utilize Salesforce CRM to manage client accounts.
• Proactively contact accounts via calls, email campaigns, and social media to develop opportunities.
• Conduct in-person discovery meetings, presentations, and demonstrations for business owners and executives to identify needs and trends.
• Develop strategic plans to address short- and long-term customer requirements and generate new revenue.
• Collaborate with a technology SME team to close deals and ensure customer success.
• Build high-level relationships to expand account penetration and leverage tools and resources to win.
