Job summary

OBR Cooling Towers, LLC in the United States is seeking a Field Superintendent to oversee cooling tower construction and repairs, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to contract and quality standards. The role requires extensive travel to project locations and interaction with clients and internal teams.

You will lead field crews, enforce safety, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with engineering and procurement, and mentor foremen and technicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in field cooling tower construction.
• Minimum 4 years as a foreman in cooling tower construction; construction management experience preferred.
• Requires valid U.S. Citizenship and driving license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deliver projects within contract, budget, and schedule.
• Enforce safety standards and provide strong leadership.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, and purchasing.
• Interface with clients and represent OBR on all project aspects.
• Prepare daily, time, and close-out documentation.
• Develop and manage budgets and work plans.
• Travel to job sites and oversee subcontractor progress.
