Job summary

• Must have a basic understanding of food service operations.
• Must possess ability to read, write, and perform simple calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present menu items according to standard recipes.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and kitchen.
• Supervise dietary staff in absence of Dining Services Director.
• Attend required in-service and staff meetings.
• Record food temperatures as required and report issues promptly.
• Assist in training new dietary employees.
