Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs regularly
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present meals according to approved menus
• Supervise dietary staff in the absence of Dining Services Director
• Maintain a clean, orderly kitchen and safe food handling
• Record temperatures and monitor storage and leftovers
• Report faulty equipment and replenish supplies
