Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have Serv-Safe certification or be willing to complete within 60 days.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic calculations.
• Experience in dining services and food preparation preferred.
• Able to stand long periods and lift 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present menu items according to recipes.
• Maintain a clean, safe food preparation area.
• Monitor temperatures and ensure proper refrigeration.
• Assist in training dietary staff and attend trainings.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
